Payments
Online payments are processed through PayFast. Information required to process a payment is handled through its payment service, subject to its privacy terms.
Luxury Lane receives information needed to identify and reconcile your payment, such as the payment status and transaction reference. Please do not send full card details or card security codes by email or WhatsApp.
External services and content
Our website may display third-party content, such as maps or reviews, or link to external websites and payment services. These providers may receive technical information when their content loads or when you interact with their services.
Their privacy policies explain their own processing practices. Your cookie preferences control optional technologies covered by our consent system.
Marketing communications
Where we send promotional communications, we do so with consent or another permission allowed by applicable law. You can unsubscribe using the option in the message or contact info@luxurylane.co.za.
Booking confirmations, service updates and other communications needed to fulfil your booking are separate from promotional messages.
